I have been facing issues of finding a job which interests me and this has been since last 13 years.
Also, throughout the year my performance is appreciated but at the time of annual performance rating by company something happens due to which I don’t get good ratings. This has been a very clear pattern. Pls guide what will be my career path and when will I get my deserving growth.
