I have a doubt regarding Yogini course on remedy

I am aware about mixing energies for getting the desired results.
But what I could understand from the lectures is we Always have to use the RASHI then mix energies according. Correct me here if i am wrong.

And 1 more question is whenever there is any Planet like Sun in debilitated RASHI Libra, then while doing the remedy we have to mix energy of some different planet here to get better results,we cannot just do Remedy here using Libra and Sun ?? — This question came to my mind when You were talking about Applying the rashi significance on belly button where the Sun is placed.
