Hi Dipanshu, SIR MY dob IS 16 ocT 1992. PLACE of birth PUNE GENDER MALE time: 10:22 pm. I M suffering from crohns disease(IBD). since childhood. my weight does not gain. I had 6 surgeries. and admitted in hospital more that 15 times. I m not able to do any remedies consistently, not able to control my diet. I m 32 yrs but my weight is 33 kgs only.
