sir i came across one kundali, Tula lagna, where moon is debilitated in 2nd House with conjunction with rahu, Shukra exalted in 6th house and Budha with Exalted Surya in 7th house (mesh), person got skin issues when his ketu mahadasha started and got it to the peak when shukra mahadasha shukra antardasha.

Budha is on 13 degree 20′ Surya on 23 degrees 12′ , shukra is on 13 degrees 52′ in D1. one thing to note that in d9 shukra goes in Scorpio navamansha with shani. as Scorpio indicate decay but generally whenever shukra in scorpio sign its seen either effect on kidneys or sexual organs. budha in leo navamansha and surya in libra.
