From Childhood I am suffering from Phobia , Low Concentration , Negative thinking , unwanted thoughts , anxiety , Low Confidence . In 2003-2004 It’s aggravated at that time ( low concentration Converted to depression) I hv suffered lot due to depression & Phobia. Kindly help me Sir . Thank u

स्थान, साधन, साध्य, साधक, साधना, समय, यदि इनमेसे किसी भी स्थिति मे त्रुटि हो तो आराधना सफल नहीं होती अर्थात साधक निरंतर आराधना करे तो उसका फल नहीं मिलता अतः ज्ञान और भक्ति का अंश फलस्वरूप , मुक्ति के लिए प्राप्त नहीं होता ( सामान्य नियम)
