From Childhood I am suffering from Phobia , Low Concentration , Negative thinking , unwanted thoughts , anxiety , Low Confidence . In 2003-2004 It’s aggravated at that time ( low concentration Converted to depression) I hv suffered lot due to depression & Phobia. Kindly help me Sir . Thank u

Sir i have been suffering from genaralised anxiety and ocd. it has also hampered my professional life, as i’m unable to do anything because i overthink a lot. if you could guide me regarding the same it would be really helpful.
