First, we check the doctor’s combination, in D-1 10th Lord Venus is in 2nd house with sun, there’s an exchange of 2nd and 3rd house, connection of Mars, Venus, Sun Mercury & Saturn, can give doctor combination
In D-10, Mars in lagna again in venus sign, and venus goes to 8th house, with Ju-Mo, 6th house lord is again Mars in lagna, and sun in virgo sign, this combination made him doctor.
In Mercury – venus dasha he moved to foreign land for job after completing his medical studies.
