Let’s see who can answer it. when there is exchange between 2nd and 4th lord (moon and mercury) in d10 chart with rahu in lagna gemini and mars being 6th house lord sitting in 10th house pisces and 12th house Jupiter aspecting 4th house moon. Saturn is in 12th house and Venus is in 6th house scorpio.
