I am a fresher doctor , recently graduated , I have short term memory loss , unable take actions only thinking , always absent minded even on duty , can’t take decisions properly and remain confused , even hospital staff makes fun of me , I am getting problems in job what should I do pls guide me 🙏

Thank you sir for your reply , but pls pls sir can you reply me once again , whenever I chant Hanuman chalisa situations come in such a way that I have to do more hurry , something like aggression , 2 times I had given rui leaves to hanuman and on same days heated arguments with someone happened , what should I do ? I have Aries lagna , mercury (16°) Mars (26°) in 3rd house
