I am so many health problem since 2015, still i tried to settled but since last one year i am in bed due back saviour past injury pain , loss everything business, can not seat and drive vehicle, even suffering for single penny,

What i can do please help , since cant understand my situation can be like this
Marriage done last year only after that suffering more
